IQ & Achievement Evaluation (LD Evaluation)

This includes intelligence and achievement testing, which will provide comprehensive information on several areas related to intelligence, academic strengths and areas for improvement, mastery of specific subjects, and possibly the presence of a learning disability. The evaluation may be done in one or two sessions. The cost is $2,000.00, with the full amount due at feedback session (most pay half at the first session and half when feedback session is provided).

Note:  If school observation or visit is required, this is billed at an additional $100.00 per hour, office to school, and is due in advance.)
